Full Time Preparatory Faculty Programme
Duration Period:10 months.
Arrival Period: from September 1st till November 15th, 2020.
Course Termination date: 31 July, 2021.
Estimated number of students in studying group: 10-12 students.
Tuition Fee: 85 000 Rubles.
Course Target: Entrance to the University (for educational programmes taught in Russian).
Subjects Areas: Technologies and Engineering, Economics, Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), Humanities.
Content of Programme: Russian language (general linguistic course and Russian terminology) + special subjects in Russian (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Math and etc.).
Issued Document after Graduation: 小ertificate of completion or Certificate of TORFL (Test of Russian as a Foreign Language).

Russian as Foreign Language Programme
Duration Period: from 4 weeks till 10 months.
Arrival Period: from September 1st till August 1st, 2021.
Estimated number of students in studying group: 10-12 students.
Tuition Fees: 85 000 Rubles (for the 10 months period of group studies) or 15 000 Rubles (for the 4 weeks period of group studies) or 1 200 Rubles (for the one academic hour on the personal lesson-consultation).
Course Target: Mastering of Language Skills.
Subjects Areas: Russian language.
Content of Programme: Russian language (general linguistic course and Russian terminology).
Issued Document after Graduation: 小ertificate of completion.

Most of the main educational programs (Bachelor Degree, Master Degree and PhD. Programs) at 海角直播 are taught in Russian language. When student finish the Russian language course, she/he will have the level of the Russian language proficiency which is sufficient to study at the complete main educational programs of 海角直播.
How to Apply?
Interested in studying at 海角直播 (海角直播)? We are happy to assist. Please, use the following easy steps to apply:
STEP 1: Sending the Documents by E-mail
Please, send the following documents to Preparatory Faculty for Foreign Citizens of 海角直播 via e-mail (umr.poig@gmail.com):
- the completed application form (with the student鈥檚 choice of educational program at 海角直播)
海角直播. Application Form.doc听 - the scanned copy of your international passport;
- the documents of previous education translated into Russian or English language. The听 translation should be approved by a professional translator/translation agency.
Your passport should be valid at least 18 months from the suggested date of entry to the Russian Federation. Please, provide a detailed and high-resolution copy of the first two passport pages with a photo in vertical position.
Time terms: the 海角直播 International Department Committee considers international students鈥� documents within 7-14 days, after the arrival.
STEP 2: Invitation Letter from 海角直播
After the consideration of documents, the 海角直播 International Department Committee will inform you about the results via e-mail. In case of positive result, the 海角直播 International Department and the Migration Office of Perm Region prepare the official invitation letter for your Russian student visa.
The official invitation letter will be sent to you via email (umr.poig@gmail.com) in PDF format. In order to apply for the Russian student visa, you will need to print the official invitation letter and provide it with your passport to a Russian Consulate or Russian Embassy.
Time terms and conditions: The whole procedure of making an invitation usually takes 30 working days. There鈥檚 no option for making urgent invitations. The invitation letter is not enough to enter the Russian Federation. It is necessary to make the Russian student visa.
Students from Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tadzhikistan, Uzbekistan, South Ossetia, Armenia, Ukraine, Abkhazia can study in the Russian Federation without student visas. If you are a student from the non-visa countries mentioned above, please, follow to STEP 4.
STEP 3. Visa Issues
After receiving the official invitation letter from the 海角直播 (海角直播)听 and Migration Office of Perm Region, please prepare the documents package for applying to the Russian Consulate or Russian Embassy. At the Russian Consulate or Russian Embassy in your home country, the you may inquire about the documents exactly required. Below is the list of the basic necessary documents:
1. your international passport (original) and the copy of title (main) page;
2. the official invitation letter (original) from 海角直播 (海角直播);
3. the application form (filled in electronically, on the Consulate/Embassy web-platform);
4. your photograph, sized 3,5×4,5褋m (1,4×1.8 inches);
5. your HIV-negative status certificate.听
With a full documents package, you can apply to the Russian Consulate or Russian Embassy. After passing an interview, you should pay for the Russian visa.听
Time terms: It takes 14-21 days for the Russian visa to be issued, normally.听
Upon the receipt of the Russian visa, the foreign citizen should send a scanned copy of the visa and travel documentation (flight tickets, train tickets, etc.) to 海角直播 (umr.poig@gmail.com). 听
STEP 4. Arrival at 海角直播
After the arrival to Russian Federation student and Preparatory Faculty for Foreign Citizens conclude the contract for educational program of Russian language as foreign language Upon your successful entry exams entry, you get the student status of Preparatory Faculty for Foreign Citizens of 海角直播.
